Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise stated on your order.

Shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of the items shipped. Overnight shipping is available for most items. Charges will vary by your shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: The shipping rates displayed at checkout do not apply to International orders. For all International Customers...please note that when shipping charges are displayed on your orders will be displayed on your computer using the domestic rate scale. Actual charges for Global Priority Mail via USPS will be calculated and conveyed to you prior to shipping.

TIME LIMIT FOR REQUESTING RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS: Requests for returns authorization and exchanges must be made within seven (7) days of invoice date. Please email your request to return to customerservice@estrelladancewear.com so that we may issue an authorization number for you to use to label your return to expedite handling and guarantee that the package containing your return will be accepted.

Returns of any type will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Return Authorization numbers issued by Estrella Dancewear are valid for ten (10) days only. The product must be returned to Estrella Dancewear within this ten day timeframe. Return Authorization numbers will not be extended or reissued. Returns received with an expired Return Authorization number may be refused or returned to the client at their expense and may be charged a $25 processing fee. The Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and all risk of loss. We recommend that all return shipments have insurance coverage and we recommend that you use a carrier that can provide proof of delivery. Estrella Dancewear will provide prepaid shipping labels or credit Customer for one way shipping charges for returns that are caused by our error.

Your Return Authorization number is good for only the specific item or items authorized for return. Products received by Estrella Dancewear without a valid Return Authorization number, or shipped later than the 10 calendar days from the date of issuance, will be considered as overgoods. Overgoods are unauthorized returns. DO NOT RETURN MORE ITEMS THAN YOU ORIGINALLY ASKED TO RETURN. GET AN ADDITIONAL RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER: All overgoods will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be charged a $25 processing fee per shipment returned, plus related freight charges. If the customer refuses the overgoods shipment from Estrella Dancewear, or returns overgoods to Estrella Dancewear a second time without prior authorization, the customer agrees to relinquish all rights and titles to and waives all claims against Estrella Dancewear for credit related to such products.

PACKAGING YOUR RETURN: If the product packaging is not suitable for shipping, the Customer is responsible for repacking the product to avoid damage to the original packaging and the product itself. Boxes made of thin cardboard (ie: ballet shoe boxes) are an example of items that may need to be repackaged or over-boxed to avoid risk of damage.

If you need to exchange for size or color, please email us as soon as you are aware of the need so that we can reserve the items for you from our inventory. Be sure to include the date of the special occasion, fitting or wear date so that we can recommend expedited shipping if necessary.
